RECIVE A REFUND

Returning your item(s) is easy:

STEP 1. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE

Place the item(s) in a package (e.g. the Ladida Mailer ). Make sure the items you are returning are intact and in their original packaging with their labels. Please do not use shoe boxes as return packages. These boxes are part of the items’ original packaging, so they must be returned intact. Unless deemed defective, only new items that are returned unused, except for trying on, will be refundable.

Be sure to include the sales receipt in the package.

STEP 2. RETURN LABEL

Use the unpaid return label provided in your package and affix it to your return package. Please note a return fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the credit or refund.

STEP 3. SEND YOUR PACKAGE

Drop or schedule your return with USPS.

STEP 4. RECEIVE YOUR REFUND OR CREDIT

You will be refunded within 2 business days once your returns have been verified by our staff. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your returns have been verified and your refund has been processed.

If you have returned an item purchased with a gift card, the amount of the return will be credited to your gift card balance.
