Shipping & Delivery

• All orders typically ship within 1-2 business days (excluding sale seasons or major promotional events).

• Any order placed Thursday after 2 pm EST may not ship out until the following Monday depending on the carrier we use.

• Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number, enabling you to track your goodies.

  • An order may be cancelled within one hour of being placed. After that, there will be a $10 cancellation fee

FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $150 to most locations within the USA.

Orders within the following local zip codes, 08701, 08755, 08527, have an option of free in store pickup or a flat rate delivery fee of $10.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

There is a $45.00 fee for overnight shipping in the US.

The fee for Two-Day Shipping in the US is $30.00.

Rates will vary depending on country location and number of items in your cart.

IN STORE PICKUP

If you selected in-store pickup at check out, you will receive a pickup notification by email that your order is ready.

Please note that we are not responsible for any orders left unclaimed. After 60 days, any unclaimed items will be donated.

Customs & Duties

If applicable, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. These costs must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Sadly, we have no control over these charges - and cannot indicate these additional cost before your purchase, as customs policies and duties greatly vary between countries. We recommend contacting your local customs office further information on additional charges before you place an order, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

In Store Pickup

 If you selected in-store pickup at check out, you have 2 day from when you receive your pickup notification email to receive a full refund and 3 days for a store credit.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any pick up orders left unclaimed in our store. After 60 days, any unclaimed items will be donated.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Info

• We want you to be completely thrilled with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return.


• You have 7 days from when you receive your order (as per the tracking) to return and have it back in our store for a full refund. 
• You have up to 14 days to return your item(s) for a store credit.
• Once we have received your items, we will email you a refund confirmation.

Sale Policy

• Any item discounted 20% off and over, including promo codes, are considered final sale.

Starting a Return

.• A pre-paid return label will be provided in your order for your convenience. However, a $10 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use this label.

• If you would like to ship your package back yourself, feel free to add your own postage and shipping charges will not be deducted.

• Additionally, if the customer keeps less than the free minimum shipping worth of merchandise ($150) from the order, we will charge the original shipping fee of $10.

 •Please make sure to only return items that are refundable. If a non-refundable item is returned, the $10 charge will still be deducted and you are responsible for any other shipping costs to return back to you.

 International orders are responsible to ship their orders back with their own carriers

Exchange Info

Unfortunately, Ladida is unable to directly exchange an item at the time of processing your return. If you wish to exchange an item please place a new order on our site for the item you require (subject to availability). Then please ship us back the incorrect item and when we receive your return you will be refunded.
