Making a purchase is easy. Simply click on the desired item, choose a size, and click “add to bag”. Either continue your shopping, or click on “submit my order” to check out.

It is best to create an account as all your information will be saved whenever you checkout and you will not lose any items saved in to your cart.

An item is in stock if you are able to place that particular item in your shopping bag. If the selected size is greyed out, the item is no longer in stock in that particular size, and you will be unable to place the item in your shopping bag.

Unfortunately there are times when we are out of stock in an item even though your order went through. This happens mostly during sale season when our sale volumes are higher than normal. We cannot know if your items are in stock until your order is processed. At that time you will receive an email letting you know what is in stock and is on its way.

Our website is always up-to-date with current inventory. We do occasionally receive returns - so don't give up - keep checking back to see if the item you love is back in stock.

Unfortunately we are unable to amend an order that has already been confirmed.

Orders within the United states that are less than $99.00 will be charged a flat rate fee of $6.00 and international orders less than $199.00 will be charged a flat rate fee of $30.00. Overnight shipping in the US is a fee of $39.00 and Two-Day Shipping in the US is a fee of $22.00.

Via USPS priority, It can take anywhere from 2-5 days from when its sent out. International delivery can take up to 2 weeks via DHL. Please note: we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We use USPS mail for domestic packages and DHL for international packages to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, it can take around 2 to 4 business days to be delivered. Make sure the items you are returning are intact and in their original packaging with their labels. Please do not use shoe boxes as return packages. These boxes are part of the items’ original packaging, so they must be returned intact. Unless deemed defective, only new items that are returned unused, except for trying on, will be refundable.

Ladida is unable to directly exchange an item at the time of processing your return. If you wish to exchange an item please place a new order on our site for the item you require (subject to availability). Then please ship us back the incorrect item and when we receive your return you will be refunded.

If you us our prepaid shipping labels, $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. If you have received items that were damaged or defective, or shipped incorrectly, then you will not be charged the $6.00 amount.
